For in-store orders: If you have placed an order at one of our physical locations, please inform our staff about the cancellation request at the earliest. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been prepared or completed.
For pre-orders or catering orders: If you have placed a pre-order or catering order in advance, we kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours for cancellation. This allows us to manage our inventory and staffing accordingly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time may be subject to cancellation fees.
Refunds for cancelled orders may be provided in the form of the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation and at the discretion of Croissant Express.
In the case of pre-orders or catering orders, any deposits or advanced payments made may be subject to certain non-refundable charges to cover any incurred costs or loss of business.
Modification of Orders:
If you need to modify an order, such as changing the delivery time or adjusting the quantity of items, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, depending on the availability of resources and feasibility.
Please note that certain items, especially customized or made-to-order products, may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Such items will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
